High Wind Pressures Resistant Ability
DNP International provides an overall roofing system design, beside material, DNP International also design aluminum component according to the different situation of each projects, and wind pressure ability reaches 500 kg per square meter. Our plates can recover to its original situation even after super typhoon and guarantee there is no loose bolts and steel buckles. In one project, the whole metal roofing plates was blown away in a super typhoon, but the DNP International products remained firmly on the purlins. DNP International’s 10MM plate has a wind pressure resistant ability of 500kg per square meter.
Hot Rolled Edge
DNP International has special equipment to hot roll both edge of plates to prevent mold and microorganism to get into the plate and guarantees the cleanness of the plate.
Water Proof
Instead of simply sealing the material, the patterned connection structure and special designed water diversion component make the roofing system a natural diversion system, and 100% guarantees there is no leaking problem.
Color and Light Permeability
DNP International can provide different color and light permeability according to client’s requirement, darker plates provides more shades. We also have reflection series, which provides a comfortable shade area with day light, use natural light to the biggest extend.
